Sanitary protocol
This protocol is subject to change to comply with legal updates.
For hot-air balloon flights
- Private gondola : families, groups of friends and individuals up to 16 people per balloon and up to 9 people per vehicle
- Personnel : made-up crew
- Consigne : it is the passengers' responsibility to respect the instructions
- Activity : outdoors
- Temperature check : we may need to take the temperature of each passenger and take your sworn statement that you have no signs of illness
- Disinfection :
- balloon vehicles and equipment between uses
- hands for each passenger and the crew on arrival at the meeting point in the open air before boarding the car, before boarding the gondola, on landing before boarding the car.
- minimum 5-hour period of ventilation in the open air between 2 uses of the equipment
- Protection :
- masks must be worn by passengers and crew throughout the service
- it is the passenger's responsibility to bring and wear their own mask. Without a mask, passengers are refused and lose their flight.
- If necessary, for reasons of flight safety and visibility, pilots may be required to remove their masks in flight.
- Hydro-alcoholic gel will be provided, but it is recommended that each passenger carry a small personal bottle.
- No bags or luggage are allowed on board, only cameras and individual water bottles.
- Wearing glasses is strongly recommended
- Only passengers are allowed to be at the rendezvous, no attendants/followers may be present at the rendezvous, during the flight and on landing.
- Friendly time :
- Delivery of diplomas prepared the day before in envelopes
- Toast at landing with disposable cups, if snack in individual packaging, hand washing
- One-meter distance between crew and passengers
